SPC Baked Bean Crunch

Beans
Ingredients

1  pita bread
1 handful pine nuts
2 cup(s) SPC Baked Beans 220g
small handful grated parmesan

Instructions

  1. Cut pita bread into small triangles and bake in moderate oven (180° C) with pine nuts for 3-5 minutes until lightly golden.
  2. Heat SPC Baked Beans in saucepan or microwave and empty into serving bowl.
  3. Sprinkle grated Parmesan (or other taste cheese) over top and add crispy pita triangles and pine nuts.
Pita triangles can be mixed through or used to scoop up baked beans, pine nuts and cheese
