SPC Baked Bean Wrap

Beans
Ingredients

2 slices wholemeal mountain bread
1-2 cup(s) SPC Baked Beans 220g
1 dollop yoghurt, or your favourite dip such as tzatziki
  pepper, or herbs to taste
 

optional

  grated cheese
  lettuce, shredded, or salad greens
  chilli herb mix, for a mexican twist

Instructions

  1. Spread SPC Baked Beans over mountain bread.
  2. Season with pepper and your choice of spices.
  3. Heat in microwave for 1 minute.
  4. Top with a little yoghurt or tzatziki dip and cheese (optional)
    Or
    Serve cold with some lettuce or salad greens.
  5. Roll up before eating.
