SPC Baked Bean Stuffed Potato

| Quantity | Ingredient |
| 1 | potato, medium-large sized |
| 1-2 cup(s) | SPC Baked Beans 220g |
| Small handful | grated cheese |
| pepper, to taste | |
| herbs and spices, to taste | |
| 1 sprinkle | chilli flakes |
| 1 dollop | yoghurt |
- Cook potato in oven or microwave until tender (3-4 minutes for a medium-large potato in microwave; 40-50 minutes in moderately high oven 200°C)
- Cut potato in quarters (not all the way through) and squeeze lightly to open up
- Fill potato with SPC Baked Beans and top with grated cheese, pepper to taste, favourite herbs and spices to taste
- Return to microwave for 1-2 minutes until beans are heated through (oven 5-10 minutes).
- Serve as is or top with yoghurt and chilli flakes if desired.
