Ardmona opens for business |

Ardmona formed it’s first subsidiary company, Goulburn Valley Canners Pty Ltd |
| 1970’s |
Goulburn Valley brand is launched with the amalgamation of the sales forces of Ardmona, SPC and Riverland |
| 1971 |
Ardmona opens multi-million dollar juice and paste concentrate plant |
| 1973 |
Ardmona commences tomato processing operations |
| 1974 |
SPC launches SPC Baked Beans & Spaghetti |
| 1976 |
Ardmona becomes first processor in the world to recognise and satisfy the demand for fruit packed in natural juice, a move soon followed by other major manufacturers in the world. |
| 1981 |
Ardmona introduces unique Snack Pack – an important development in deciduous fruit packaging technology |
| 1985 |
Ardmona became the first company to pack fruit in long life plastic tubs |
| 1986 |
SPC develops fruit imaging and sorting system |
| 1993 |
SPC lists on the Australian Stock Exchange |
| 1998 |
SPC installs a plant into Thailand producing tropical fruit products exported to Europe and the USA. |
| 2001 |
SPC undertakes a second capital restructure, forming SPC Group |
| 2002 |
SPC and Ardmona merge |
| 2004 |
SPC Ardmona buys Henry Jones Foods on 16 June |
| 2004 |
SPC Natures Finest successfully launched into UK market |
| 2004 |
SPC Ardmona expands to Spain establishing a production base there |
| 2005 |
Coca-Cola Amatil’s acquisition of SPC Ardmona is formally completed on 25 February |
| 2007 |
SPC Ardmona became the proud distributors of the Ocean Spray range of products in Australia and currently manufacture their drinks and sauces. |
