SPC Ardmona is one of Australia’s leading food manufacturers and is one of the leading employers in the North East of regional Victoria. Our principle manufacturing sites are located in Shepparton, Mooroopna and Kyabram within the Goulburn Valley. In addition we have offices all over Australia and joint ventures in Thailand and Spain.

We employ approximately 600 full time employees, and a further 1800 seasonal employees required during the main fruit harvesting season (between December and April) to assist in processing requirements.

In 2005, Coca-Cola Amatil acquired SPC Ardmona as a valuable asset to complement the CCA beverage business. Today, we operate as an autonomous business unit within the CCA group while at the same time providing talented employees career opportunities within a larger organisation.

SEASONAL EMPLOYMENT - 2009/10 Fruit Processing Season

The following provides some guidelines on what to expect should you wish to be considered for seasonal employment with SPC Ardmona.

In order to assist in the Seasonal Employment process, SPC Ardmona utilizes service providers for pre-employment registrations, recruitment and Induction processes.

If you are interested in seasonal work with SPC Ardmona, you must start by completing a registration of interest. This process can be completed on-line through the internet or in person.

To complete the registration process, SPC Ardmona may require applicants to attend a short interview, however all applicants must attend a scheduled Post Registration Information Session, even if you have worked with us before. Attendance and successful completion of a scheduled Post Registration Information Session and 4 hours Pre-employment training is a mandatory requirement prior to any offer of employment with SPC Ardmona.
