Sales and Marketing promote and sell SPCA products Nationally. This department includes Account Managers who look after the interests of our major customers (Supermarket chains and the Industrial market), administrative support people and marketing people who develop advertising strategies and campaigns. |

Mechanical engineers install, repair and maintain food processing equipment. Includes metal cutting, folding, welding and lathe work. |

Install, repair and maintain the electrical components of food processing equipment and plant. Also the programming and monitoring of electronic instruments and equipment. |

Responsible for the operations of their Department within the Factory, including production, planning and labour management |

| Food processing |
Food processing employees work in a variety of different areas. Some operate machines for the processing of fruit into cans and jars. There also roles for forklift drivers, people to work on label lines, warehouse stock and clean & wash down equipment. |

Food technology cover a variety of duties including being responsible for the research, innovation & development of new products. They also identify microorganisms, grow cultures and generally ensure that the products are of the correct standard and are safe for human consumption. Research and development can involve creating new product lines, developing new recipes and also introducing new processes. There a variety of careers available in this area depending on qualifications. |
