- Goulburn Valley® products have a low Glycaemic Index value. (Glycaemic Index or ‘GI’ relates to the speed with which a food releases its sugars into the bloodstream). This means that the energy from the fruit is absorbed steadily by the body - an ideal result for people with diabetes and anyone who may be concerned about healthy body weight.
- A Goulburn Valley® snack packs provide 1-3 grams of dietary fibre per serve. That’s around 50% more dietary fibre per kilojoule than wholemeal bread.
- Goulburn Valley® products can be stored in the pantry. Once opened, they should be refrigerated and used within five days. Our 1kg pack has been specifically designed to fit in the fridge door.
